When is Catalyst the better choice?
Catalyst sits on Bauddhaloka Mawatha in Colombo 7, one of the city’s most prestigious business addresses. Inside it’s clean, peaceful and air conditioned, with natural light and cozy lounge areas.
Choose it when your team wants a recognisable Colombo 7 address and would rather not take on a traditional office fit-out. You get a furnished, lockable office, enterprise fiber, and shared meeting rooms outside your door.

Nest is on Turnour Road in Colombo 8. It’s a modern workspace with a collaborative atmosphere, and it’s the only HUB9 location with hot desks and dedicated desks.
Choose it when you work alone, when you want to try HUB9 for a day first, or when your team commutes from different directions. Colombo 8 is central but residential, so most of the city can reach it easily.
